Nicadaemus Birmans Queens Breeders of quality Birman Cats in North Wiltshire UK

Our girls are much loved members of the family. They are house cats but have access to a secure garden, although they are most often to be found snoozing in a patch of sunlight in the conservatory. One of our main pleasures is showing them and our queens have done us proud over the years with generations of girls following in the pawsteps of their mothers. Their kittens are born and raised underfoot, so that they are used to household noises and are well handled and socialized. Our current queens are:

Libby is the first Chocolate Point we have bred after several years of trying to produce this colour. She is a cheeky but friendly little madam and is a brilliant Mum to her kittens. Due to having various Birmans ready to show we only took Libby out once as a kitten, however she won Open First and Best of Breed. Libby returned to the show-bench when she became an adult and so far she has won two Challenge Certificates. We hope to show Libby again soon.	Libby.

Milly.	Milly is our stunning Blue Point girl. She is quiet and gentle and will come and sit by us as we type on the computer. She enjoys playing and carries her soft toys around in her mouth. Milly's kitten show career was short but successful with three Open class wins. Milly returned to the show-bench when she became an adult and she won Open First, Best of Breed and her first Challenge Certificate before going on to win Best of Variety Semi-Longhair Adult and Overall Best in Show Semi-Longhair cat at her first adult show. After a break over the summer Milly won her last two Challenge Certificates which made her up to Champion. Milly won her Grand title in three straight shows just a month after becoming a Champion.

We welcome our beautiful new Red girl to the family, who despite my determination not to keep another Red Point girl has managed to worm her way in! Honey is a mischievous little girl who like her Mum is always up to something. She loves to chew shoe laces particularly while you are actually wearing the shoes concerned and she is almost impossible to take photos of as she never sits still long enough. Honey started her show career with a bang and was unbeaten as a kitten winning 10 Open firsts and 6 Best of Breeds. Honey has now started her Adult career and has won her first Challenge Certificate. Honey is the first kitten of our stunning Red boy GR CH Nicadaemus Danse Defeu (see Home page).	Honey.

Zahra.	Zahra is a stunning addition to the gang. She is the first Lilac Tortie we have had and she has gorgeous eye colour and a fabulous soft, fluffy coat. Zahra has inherited her Mum’s bold and adventurous nature. She is very cheeky and will swipe the food off your plate at meal times given half a chance. She loves eating, playing with her toy mouse and will start purring loudly at the slightest opportunity. Zahra started her show career quite late but won Open first and Best of Breed a her first two shows.

Zeta is a beautiful Seal Point who is very playful, cheeky and friendly. As a kitten she won 6 Open class Firsts, 4 Best of Breed Awards and 12 Misc. class Firsts. She won her first Challenge Certificate and Best of Breed as an adult at her first adult show but is currently concentrating on motherhood.	Zeta.

Rosie. Best in Show AOC Birman Seal & Blue Point Birman Cat Club Show.	We welcome Rosie to our family. She is a sweet Lilac Point who is full of purrs and mischief. She is best mates with Honey and they always hang round together. Sired by our very own 'Raasay' Rosie will hopefully help to carry the line forward. During Rosie's kitten career she won 3 Open firsts, 2 Best of Breeds and went on to become Best in Show AOC Birman Kitten at the Seal & Blue Birman Cat Club show and Best in Show Female Kitten at the Birman Cat Club show. Rosie won her first Challenge Certificate at her first show as an adult.
